13. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs)

Contained in 70% of technologically processed food products, which contain corn, soybeans, cottonseed oil, canola, sugar beet. GMOs can cause various damage to internal organs, disorders of the digestive and immune systems, can accelerate the aging process, and cause infertility.

Solution: Choose organic products! GMOs are not allowed in certified organic production. Also, the legislation does not always require labeling products with GMOs, so buying ordinary products turns into a lottery, where your health is the loser.
