6. Polybrominated diphenyl ethers.

These substances are contained in the building materials with which we decorate our homes. Evaporating, toxins enter the human body and harm the endocrine system;

7. Tributilin.


This toxin is used in the paint used for painting ships. Getting into seawater, tribulation gets into the fish that we eat. What kind of harm this substance does to the body is not yet known exactly, but, undoubtedly, it is;

8. Perfluorooctanoic acid.

If you have a non-stick frying pan, you are likely to get a dose of this toxin frequently. When heated, this toxin gets into the food from the surface of the pan and harms the pancreas;

9. Bisphenol.

The substance is used in the manufacture of plastic dishes. When ingested, it interferes with the normal breakdown of carbohydrates;


10. Phthalates.

These substances are used for the manufacture of stationery, toys, plastic pipes. Certain types of phthalates can cause cancer and diabetes.

Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to completely avoid contact with toxins. But you can limit their intake into the body if you give up some products and goods!
