Why I continue with weekly meal planning

When life gets busy, having dinner ready is one less thing to stress about. Here are a few more reasons why I’m sticking with it!

  • save money: Groceries are not cheap. If you plan ahead, that means fewer impulse purchases and less food waste.

I only plan dinners from Monday to Friday. Weekends are our time to relax, be spontaneous, or treat ourselves to something fun. If you have leftovers from the week, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy a night without cooking when you need it most.
