How many does it feed?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It offers five meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), and includes a shopping list! With fresh ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifesaver.

Why should I plan my meals?

If you haven’t tried meal planning in advance yet, this will help you a lot! Here’s why I recommend meal planning:

  • Time saving: No more 4:00 pm dinner panic. With a menu plan, you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes to cook.
  • Money Saver: Meal planning is a great way to save money. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you can easily spot opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively repurpose leftovers for future meals. It’s a smart approach that saves you more money.
  • Goodbye takeout: When you plan dinners ahead of time and have groceries stocked up, you’re less likely to hit the drive-thru. Since you’re cooking at home, that means more savings and healthier eating. Everyone wins!

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list, with measurements and ready to go. It makes everything so easy!

How to Save Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only plan meals from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have weekend plans or I have leftover food to finish the week. If you have leftover food, make sure to store it properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
