About those cupcakes…

Friends, I love these muffins so much. The ricotta makes them wonderfully moist and fluffy, and they’re naturally sweetened with maple syrup, giving them a lovely depth of flavor. A quick and easy lemon glaze adds a delicious citrus touch on top.
