After you make your version of my Easy Beef Stroganoff (remember, any variation is fine!), send a photo of your creation to [email protected].

1. Make the recipe of the month (or a variation of it!).
2. Take a photo of your creation.
3. Email photos to [email protected] by the last day of the month at 11:59 pm PST for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card.
