I love when a weekly meal plan has variety! This one includes slow cooker, skillet, and oven-baked meals, keeping all the meals simple but so delicious.

If you want quick and easy meals, this meal plan is great! I started the week with a slow cooker meal (it’s great for lunch the next day!). The others are simple and packed with flavor. Click here for more meal plans!

How many does it feed?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It offers five meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), and includes a shopping list! With fresh ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifesaver.

How to Save Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only plan meals from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have weekend plans or I have leftover food to finish the week. If you have leftover food, make sure to store it properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
