My selection of everyday jewelry: the Anna edition

The jewels I never take off…

I’ve always loved jewelry, but over the past couple of years I’ve been really focusing on my style, my everyday favorites, and the pieces I never take off. They’re the ones that create outfits, even polish them, and have the ability to bring balance back to a look that seems a little out of place. I’ve found that I like to pair chunkier, sculptural pieces with lighter everyday pieces, along with things like my rings and bracelets that stay put no matter what. Here’s what my jewelry closet looks like…

NECKLACES

I have a few more necklaces than I’ll mention here, but really right now I’m alternating between just two. I either wear the Mejuri Link Chain Necklace* (ad – gifted) – Which I would say is probably my favorite jewelry pick of the bunch. – or the Elly necklace by Lie Studios*They are both completely opposite ends of the spectrum and add a slightly different touch to any outfit I wear. I keep the Mejuri on until I swap it out for the Lie Studios, as it’s more of a daytime wardrobe piece. But there’s not really much decision making here – it’s either one or the other.

EARRINGS

Well, this is where I play around a bit. I’ll start with the simple first. My everyday earring is a Mejuri style that is now discontinued, but is most similar to their Easy medium hoops*. Just a simple hoop, nothing fancy, but I can sleep and shower in them and only take them out to change into something flashier. I just bought the Mejuri sculptural hoops*And they are really beautiful. These two together would be the perfect combination of delicate and bold earrings. However, most of the bolder earrings I wear are from Lie Studios and I generally alternate between their dangle earrings style, the Julia* or its extra large size Camille Studs* (ad – gifted) You might have seen me wear these two styles a few times, as this is what I wear almost every morning to add some elegance to my outfit.

HANDCUFFS

I don’t really mix my bracelets, mainly because my Apple Watch takes up most of the space on my wrist. So I just wear my Mejuri Round Box Chain Bracelet* (ad – gifted), with his Watch bracelet* (ad – gift). The last one is a bit thicker and the first one more delicate and I never take them off, I only change them if I am at an event and I want to leave my wrists uncovered. Someday I would love to add the Elly Bracelet by Lie Studios* to my collection – it’s on my shopping list!

RINGS

I almost forgot to add this section! I NEVER take them off so they are not noticeable in any way. They are just a part of me, literally, some I can’t take off! My engagement ring and wedding ring were from a local shop in Brighton (I think we got engaged almost nine years ago and I STILL love my ring, so simple, Mark did it so well!). Then on my index finger on my left hand I wear a very, very small ring,… very antique black gemstone ring that Mejuri doesn’t even make anymore (the Solitaire diamond ring* is similar), with its Diamond line ring* (ad – gifted) stacked. On my right index finger I wear the Mejuri Spinning Ring* (ad – gifted) that I have had for YEARS, on my middle finger its 2mm smooth band* and on my right ring finger a Claire Kinder Ring that I picked up when we went to visit Shop Anomie in San Francisco.
