Is there any better feeling than having food prepped and ready for a busy week? Healthy salads stored in containers, full meals stacked in the refrigerator for easy lunches and dinners, wrapped wraps and sandwiches in the freezer for when you need them… I’m telling you, nothing makes me feel more ready for life.
Some of these recipes are perfect for a Sunday prep session to get ready for the week ahead (think salads, roasted vegetables, and chicken), and others are great for a larger batch in the freezer once a month (hello, frozen burritos and sandwiches!). A little work now and you will be taken care of in the future.
Some of my personal favorites to highlight:
- Meal Prep Breakfast Sandwiches: Very easy to prepare and assemble. I love grabbing one when I’m running out the door in the morning!
- Sesame Noodle Bowls: Cook the chicken, blend the sauce and divide everything into bowls with noodles. No need to reheat!
- Super delicious chicken salad: I love making a big batch of this throughout the week and then having it ready to eat in sandwiches, as lettuce wraps, or on crackers as a snack.
- Grain Bowls and Roasted Vegetables: Healthy and with a lot of flavor! You roast the vegetables and cook the rice, and then just make bowls with the dressing on the side.
